Pinot Noir
2008 produced a concentrated, ripe wine due to low yields and exquisite weather during ripening. Black raspberry, cola, and blueberry aromas precede a lively yet supple texture with flavors of licorice and mocha. There are very few foods Pinot Noir doesn't pair well with. We suggest grilled salmon, lamb and most varieties of mushrooms.
